First, we will clear the project site of debris and obstructions to waterproof a foundation. Then excavate to the footer along the foundation wall and clean it off. Install French drains, gravel, and perforated pipe schedule 40 PVC. The pipe will discharge excess water to either daylight or a sump pump. Next, we will seal the wall seams with liquid rubber. Finally, we backfill the trench with soil.
